Synchronicity House - Delicious Nutritious Trail Mix Recipe
Fill a small container with:
2-3 Brazil Nuts 3-4 Almonds
3-4 Walnuts 5-6 Cashew Nuts
Add about 10g each of:
Sunflower Seeds, Raisins, Goji Berries, Inca Berries, Mulberries and Yacon slices
(Vary with more exotic nuts when possible, such as Macadamia Nuts, Pecan Nuts,
Pumpkins Seeds, Hemp Seed, also dried fruits such as Dates, Figs and Coconut Flakes).
A delicious nutritious snack to eat during the day to keep energy levels high and helps stop cravings for junk food and sweet things.
