I was going to write a How To on on Melting Cacao Butter and Cacao Paste, which is
really simple and easy by the way; but decided to try and make a video instead.

Everyone seems to making videos at the moment and I love experimenting,
 ... how hard can it be I thought?  

What a lovely and frustrating time (a very long time!) I've had - how lucky are we to have all
