SynchronicityHouse - Barbs and Harrington, on a Quest for increased energy and a healthier
lifestyle, began by adding more RAW food and Superfoods into their diet.
Mentored by our friends, RAW food chefs Peter and Beryn Daniel and their now published
awesome Recipe Book RAWLICIOUS - delicious raw recipes for radiant health (www.soaringfree.co.za),
we started making our own chocolates from Cacao Butter and Powder,Agave and Coconut Butter / Oil, snacking on Superfoods and Trail Mixes, adding lots of different RAW fruit, vegetables, juices and
smoothies to our diet.
Harrington was immediately hooked on RAW and has become a fantastic (no) cook and loves
experimenting with the abundance of RAW foods, superfoods and recipes available and
growing sprouts and wheatgrass.
Slowly, eating more and more RAW foods and cutting out almost all processed foods, Barbs has
lost two stone (24 pounds) in weight in the last year without effort or trying to diet!
Our own homemade Delicious Nutritious RAW Cacao Chocolate Bliss made with Cacao Powder, Cacao
Butter, Agave and Coconut Butter / Oil and home made Delicious Nutritious Trail Mix made from Nuts,
Seeds Berries and other Superfoods are all the decadent treats we need and no longer crave
biscuits, pastries and chocolates from the supermarket.
We have found some wonderfully ethical and friendly suppliers of an array of superb products
(synchronicity at work!), that we want to share with everyone.
We started out selling things on eBay for fun and one thing has led to another - synchronicity at work again!
